Palettes, systems and exports you create belong to you. Colors themselves cannot be owned; you may use any output in any project without attribution.

Articles, case studies and illustrations on Palettos are copyright of their authors and Palettos. You may quote short passages with a link back. Please don't republish full articles.

No warranty

Accessibility checks are aids, not certification. Physical mixing recipes are approximations; always test materials before committing to a batch. Palettos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use.

Third-party services

If you connect your own OpenAI key, your use of OpenAI is governed by OpenAI's terms and billed to your account.
